Questions buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 300 pieces per SKU for existing designs and can be higher for custom colours or tooling. Tell us your target and we will check feasibility case by case.
Can you develop a product from scratch?
Yes. Send a sketch, a reference sample or a photo of what you want changed. We produce engineering drawings, a costed BOM and a prototype before any commitment.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sampling takes around 7–10 working days for most categories. Mass production typically runs 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and season.
What payment and trade terms do you accept?
We work with T/T, L/C at sight for qualifying orders, and FOB, CIF or DDP incoterms. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice before production starts.
Which certifications and test reports can you provide?
Testing is arranged per destination market — including REACH, EN, CPSIA and food-contact requirements — through recognised third-party laboratories. Ask us for the current document list for your product line.
